Flat gaskets
Flat gaskets are usually static seals and are mainly installed in instrument engineering or piping as a sealing element between two flanges. Flat gaskets are made of several materials to suit a wide range of applications, such as liquids, temperatures, pressures and chemical wear. Materials include elastomer, press fibre, aramid fibre, carbon fibre, mineral fibre, metal and copper.
Materials and shapes of all kinds.

Any kind of material can be used. Material sheets of other manufacturers are in stock.
All elastomer grades. Common metal materials.
We produce the seals according to standards and drawings.
Soft gaskets
Seals for flat surfaces that are pressed by external forces are called soft gaskets. Application can be found in all fields of technology for liquid and gas, at high and low temperature and steady and pulsating. Embodiments are accordingly versatile, as well as the materials and material combinations used.
Asbestos-free fiber gaskets
These high density materials can be used in a wide range of pressures, temperatures and media. Asbestos-free fiber gaskets can contain a variety of fibers, fillers and binders.
Elastomere seals
There is a large number of rubber types to ensure a wide range of operation-areas. In the single application, the properties of the product can be unified.
Graphite gaskets - broad chemical compatibility
Graphite turns from virtually pure carbon to over 95% elementary carbon after expanding. However, graphite seals should not be used with highly oxidizing media or in an oxidizing environment.
PTFE seals
PTFE seals have a versatile chemical resistance. You should pay attention when molten alkali metals and Flourgas are combined as they affect PTFE. The material is very fluid and also has anti-adhesive and dielectric properties.
